What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of the Site itself: its pages, content, and any demo versions of our software hosted here. They do not govern the software you purchase, which is covered by our End User License Agreement, and they do not govern your purchase, which is handled by our payment provider acting as the Merchant of Record under their own terms.
Site content
The Site and its contents, including text, images, layout, and design, are owned by Steagus and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal and business purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or reuse the Site's content for other purposes without our permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use automated tools to harvest its content. Demo software
We may host demo versions of our software on the Site so you can evaluate a product before buying. A demo is provided as is, for evaluation only, and is a limited version that does not include all features of the full product. We may change or remove a demo at any time.
